While not covered under a standard support contract, Center Stage Software offers additional services to enhance your understanding and increase your productivity. Here’s what we can do for you!

Dedicated phone training

If you need time set aside for dedicated training, we are happy to provide that service for a separate per hourly fee.

One (1) 30 minute incremental phone training by appointment provided by Center Stage Software. You may order several 30 minute sessions over a period of time. $65.00
One (1) hour incremental phone training by appointment provided by Center Stage Software. You may order several one hour sessions over a period of time. $120.00

Level 1 System Administration/IT work*

Install/reinstall MySQL $75/hour min.
Install odbc connectors $75/hour min. on added workstations
Install/re-install printer drivers for new computers/workstations $75/hour min.
Install Wintix on more than two workstations (two included with upgrade or installation) $75/hour min.

Level 2: System Administration/IT work

Miscellaneous Level 2 System Administration/IT work; customization of MySQL tables, assistance in connecting computers to in house computer network, help in finding password to the network and locating viruses. Fee based on a per hourly basis, $95.00 minimum

Level 3: System Administration/ IT work

Webtix code customization, custom work on php files, administration/IT work Fee based on a two hour minimum, $190 minimum
Any additional hours worked over the two-hour minimum $55/hour

Customization work to create special ticket formats, labels, receipts, and reports

Up to one hour $75
One hour plus $75 plus $2.00 per minute over one hour
Two plus hours $125.00 ($62.50 per hour)

*Any minutes over two hours are charged $2.00 per minute

Input of additional seating plan

Proscenium style configuration Charge is based on $.15 per seat plus setup
Dinner theatre, cabaret, thrust, or convention floor styles Charge is based on $.35 per seat plus setup
Setup charge for all seating plan input $60/hour

Setup charge includes labeling seats with: row, seat number, section, valid codes; emailing input to client for final approval and may include mapping coordinates, adding image and upload to client’s server and follow up to guarantee seating plan works on website.
